Information for Applicant:
The above information is for review by the CBBC grant committee.

Supplying the above information to the CBBC grant committee constitutes
NO commitment of funding.

Synopsis of the funding review process:

The Grant Request will be reviewed by the grant committee during the January grant committee meeting

Should the grant committee have questions about the request, these will be addressed during the February meeting

If approved for funding, the funds will be released by the end of April,
and a letter to the organization will be provided to the requester. The grant committee may elect to fund only a portion of the requested amount.

The organization will need to send a receipt for the non-profit funds within
30 days of receiving the check to the Colorado Blueliners Booster Club
ATTN: Grant Committee. The Committee, in turn, will provide this to the CBBC's Treasurer.

The organization will be required to sign a letter stating it will use the funds
ONLY as described in the Grant Request.

Any unused funds must be returned.

The organization is required to submit a status report to The Colorado Blueliners Booster Club detailing the use of the
funds and/or the results of the project (if funding is over $149) when funds are depleted (or the project is completed or terminated).
The status report should be submitted no later than one year after funding is issued.

Subsequent funding requests will NOT be processed without a status report on file.

If not funded, a letter of denial will be sent to the organization from the grant committee.
