Information for Applicant:

The above information is for review by the CBBC grant committee.

• Supplying the above information to the CBBC grant committee constitutes NO commitment of funding.

• Synopsis of the funding review process:

• The Grant Request will be reviewed by the grant committee during the January grant committee meeting

• Should the grant committee have questions about the request, these will be addressed during the February meeting

• If approved for funding, the funds will be released by the end of April, and a letter to the organization will be provided to the requester. The grant committee may elect to fund only a portion of the requested amount.

• The organization will need to send a receipt for the non-profit funds within 30 days of receiving the check to the Colorado Blueliners Booster Club ATTN: Grant Committee. The Committee, in turn, will provide this to the CBBC's Treasurer.

• The organization will be required to sign a letter stating it will use the funds ONLY as described in the Grant Request.

• Any unused funds must be returned.

• The organization is required to submit a status report to The Colorado Blueliners Booster Club detailing the use of the funds and/or the results of the project (if funding is over $149) when funds are depleted (or the project is completed or terminated). The status report should be submitted no later than one year after funding is issued.

• Subsequent funding requests will NOT be processed without a status report on file.

• If not funded, a letter of denial will be sent to the organization from the grant committee.
